SCOPE OF APPLICATION
By placing an order on BOLSAS.CH you confirm the general terms and conditions between you and BOLSAS.CH (hereinafter referred to as “BOLSAS.CH” or “we/us”). These General Terms and Conditions only apply to the purchase of products in the online store.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivering the goods or by notifying you of delivery. It is possible that the goods are no longer available when the order is received. In this case, you will be notified in writing by e-mail. The order will be canceled and any payments already made will be refunded.
ORDERING
Please only use the BOLSAS.CH online store for orders.
DELIVERY
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The goods are delivered directly to the specified address. The delivery time is normally 2 - 3 working days, but delivery delays are reserved in exceptional cases. Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and packaging costs are not charged.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made in advance via Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
WARRANTY
Please report material or manufacturer defects in writing or by e-mail (info@bolsas.ch) within 21 days of receipt of the goods. We accept no liability for material or manufacturer defects reported later.
RIGHT OF RETURN
As our products are made by hand and are unique items, we cannot take them back.
IMAGE AND TEXT RIGHTS
All image, sound and text rights used on the online store website are the property of BOLSAS.CH. Any use of any kind without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
